Refund policy

All sales are final. Bleu Reverie does not accept returns or exchanges except for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Products that are not defective are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
